This year asked more of me, and in return, it gave me clarity.

Rae & Creative Design grew in ways I didn’t always stop to measure, but I felt it in the work, the clients, and the life this business now supports. My creativity deepened. The systems got stronger. The relationships got more rooted.

I collaborated in new ways, trusted myself more, and said yes to growth that felt aligned instead of rushed. I hired support. I signed long-term clients I genuinely admire. I built work I’m proud to stand behind.

I didn’t share every project, every late night, or every win this year. Not all of the work shows up online. But it all mattered. The people I get to work with matter. And the direction this business is growing in matters to me more than ever.

This business continues to show me that success doesn’t have to be loud to be meaningful. It can be steady. It can be human. It can make room for a full life.

Thank you to every client and collaborator who trusted me along the way. This work has roots because of you. And thank you to Julia - . Thanks for being my partner in this crazy business life. 🫶🏼

Working from my husband’s family cabin this morning, coffee in hand, Christmas tree glowing. What a view.

I don’t take this flexibility for granted. Being a business owner means I get to work from places that matter and let my “desk” change with the moments I’m living.

Liz had the vision. I had the camera.

When I got approached to take author photo for her book Flowers Bloom Anyway, I couldn’t pass this up! A swing? Over a flower field? At sunrise? Talk about a photographers dream!

We had settling fog, her beautiful flower farm, and the sunrise was breath taking. 🌅🌸📸

Sitting at my desk this morning thinking about how lucky I am to do this work.

VIP Content Day in Brooklyn Park means a full day of filming, photos, and pulling out the stories our clients don’t even realize they’re sitting on.

is right there with me, like always, the one who draws out the moments and the meaning behind the scenes.

This job is equal parts creativity, coaching, and cheering people on, and I wouldn’t trade it.

Honestly? That’s the moment every social media manager does a tiny internal happy dance.

Because this doesn’t “just happen.”

It happens because she shows up. It happens because we have a strategy. It happens because consistency + clarity + commitment = results people feel on the other side of the screen.

And the best part? This isn’t even the first time I’ve heard something like this from her… and I couldn’t be more happy for her!

All ORGANIC. No ads. Just intentional content doing its thing.

When your message is aligned, your visuals are intentional, and your posting rhythm is steady… people notice. They feel the confidence. They feel the story. They feel the growth.

Compliments hit different when the hard work is working. 😎

I was a witch for at least half of my trick-or-treating career and I’ve always loved this time of year.

Now I’m drinking my coffee and watching Hocus Pocus like I do every year. Some things never get old. ✨

It’s wild to think how a random reconnection at a bachelorette party turned into one of the best things that’s ever happened to me, both personally and professionally.

You came into my life when business was fine but needed a spark… and you lit it up. ✨

Your creativity, storytelling genius, and willingness to dive into every crazy idea or reel concept have changed the game.

You’re the calm to my Type A storm and are always reminding me to breathe, laugh, and go with the flow. You’re a brilliant business partner, a fierce and loving mom, and one of the most grounded, strong women I know.

I’ve learned so much from you, grown so much with you, and truly can’t imagine doing this journey without you. I’m so thankful for you and hope you have the best birthday (extra special since you share it with my hubby 😉).

I just wrapped one client’s VIP Content Day (shipped off and ready to shine!) and I’m deep into another. There’s something I love about those quiet moments when the house is still, music is filling my office, and I get to cut, paste, design, and bring someone’s vision to life.

VIP Days are my favorite because it’s not just content, it’s strategy, clarity, and storytelling all coming together in one powerhouse session.

Now, back to editing and my jam session.🎬🎶
