Absolutely obsessed with this idea 🤍✨
This couple ordered 15 six-inch cakes to use as their wedding centerpieces — each one similar, but with its own little twist. Such a fun project for us, and the display turned out stunning.

I can finally share that I’m competing on Next Level Baker Season 1 on FOX, alongside the incredible Gordon Ramsay, Carla Hall, and Chef Candace Nelson.

This isn’t just my opportunity… this is our town’s moment. Elkhorn, Delavan, Lake Geneva, Walworth County—you’ve lifted me, believed in me, and walked with me through every crazy, flour-covered step. And now we get to experience something unbelievable together.

Next Level Baker premieres on December 4th (next day on Hulu), and we’ll be hosting a huge community watch party at the Lake Geneva House of Music—details coming soon! We want to celebrate with YOU!

It’s late, the mixers are finally quiet, and I’m standing here in the middle of my little bakery feeling… everything.
Some nights, the weight of this dream hits harder than others. The years of pushing, praying, doubting, hoping. The moments where I wondered if any of it mattered… if I was really called to do this… or if I was just stubborn enough to keep going.

But tonight, my heart is full in a way I can’t explain.

Because in all the moments I felt unsure, God was steady.
In all the moments I felt small, He was already preparing something bigger.
And this past year, He placed something in my life—an opportunity that I still can’t wrap my head around. Something I never, ever thought would have my name on it.

I’m emotional tonight not because of the struggle, but because of the faithfulness.
Because God took every late night, every early morning, every tear, every “God, is this Your plan?”… and He answered it in a way that humbled me to my core.

Tomorrow, I get to share the biggest news of my entire career.
Something that feels like a dream I didn’t even know I was allowed to dream.
And I pray it inspires someone the way it has shaken me.

Thank you for loving this bakery, for loving me, and for walking with me through every high and low.
