šTimbers at Arbor Day Farm has officially entered its peak summer menu era, and we got a first taste.
Our Editor Kathy joined a special wine pairing dinner last week featuring dishes designed by Chef Garrett Kasper, each paired with elegant wines selected by Sommelier & Beverage Manager Sara Wiebold (check out our feature on Sara from Dine last year!).
