When I think about last year and even this year, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for how God has given me the desires of my heart.

Ever since I was 12 years old, I dreamed of creating a pop hit not because I wanted fame, but because I was inspired by artists like Alicia Keys. I loved the way music could tell a story, bring healing, and make people feel seen.

Looking back now, I realize God wasn’t just interested in fulfilling a dream; He was shaping my heart. Some dreams took longer than I expected because He was preparing me before opening the door. Today, I get to create music, lead worship, and use the gifts He’s given me to point people back to Him. It may not look exactly how my 12-year-old self imagined, but it’s even more meaningful because it’s rooted in His purpose.
