Big news!!!

We have a big anouncement. Due to the generosity and support of tourism in Reynolds county by the board of the Taum Sauk fund. We will be expanding cedar lodge and adding 3 mega slides. Our goal is to attract more people to our pumpkin patch but more importantly to transform cedar lodge into a place for kids camps, family camps, and field trips for schools and groups throughout our region. Keep an eye out for progress updates and book your camp at the new and improved Cedar Lodge camp!

Another hidden gem! When you come down to visit us there are so many things to see all around us!

Missouri's Wild Horses of the Ozarks Road Trip takes you to four places in the Ozark National Scenic Riverways where wild horses still run free. About 50 horses live here today, broken into small herds at Broadfoot, Shawnee Creek, Round Spring, and Rocky Creek. They’ve been roaming these hills and river bottoms for nearly a century and are often seen grazing in open fields or near the banks of the Current and Jacks Fork Rivers. Top viewing spots include Shawnee Creek Campground, Round Spring Campground, Echo Bluff State Park, and Broadfoot Field. The herds were once at risk of being removed, but the Missouri Wild Horse League now protects them. Because they truly are wild, sightings aren’t guaranteed...but these four stops give you the best chance to see them.
