What started as a small idea (and a lot of late nights, learning as we went) has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of. Over the past 15 years we’ve had the chance to work with amazing businesses, organizations, and communities…helping tell stories, build brands, promote events, and bring creative ideas to life.

To every client, collaborator, and friend who has supported Limelight over the years — thank you. We truly wouldn’t be here without you.

Same team. New chapter.

Fourteen years ago, we started Limelight with a simple mission: help businesses show up online. Social media was the tool of the moment, and we dove in headfirst.

But just like the businesses we serve, we’ve grown. Marketing has changed. Client needs have changed. And we’ve built skills and expertise far beyond “just social.”

Today, we’re excited to share the next chapter: Limelight Creative Co. A creative studio focused on brand, design, customer experience, and strategy. We’re still the same team you know and trust but with a renewed focus on helping businesses shine in more ways than ever before.

💡 The logo? A lime wedge that doubles as a spotlight - representing visibility, vibrancy, and the kind of thoughtful strategy that helps you stand out.

Because standing out in today’s world isn’t about chasing every trend. It’s about strategy, intentionality, paying attention to the details, and creating memorable experiences.

🧀✨ Another Cheese Curd Festival in the books… and what a journey it’s been!

Since 2017, Limelight has had the privilege of helping grow Ellsworth’s Cheese Curd Festival from a small local gathering into a nationally recognized food festival that now welcomes over 25,000 attendees to our small town each year.

We’ve poured our hearts (and let’s be honest, a lot of sweat!) into the branding, marketing, planning, experience design, and orchestration of this event. But it’s not just about the numbers. It’s about the pride it brings to Ellsworth, the economic impact, the community revitalization, and the unforgettable experiences shared by attendees from across the Midwest and beyond.

💛 To our incredible Festival Committee and the hundreds of volunteers who help pull it off each year: THANK YOU. Your dedication, energy, and passion are the true secret ingredients that make the Cheese Curd Festival so special.
