At long last, it is opening day for the Jesup Memorial Library's expansion. Go check it out! There will be events later today.

Today's the day! Our building addition is ready for its "soft open" and we're so excited for you to see it. Visit the library during our regular hours to explore our new spaces as we work towards completing the final touches.

Today, we're also hosting the Library of Congress's National Ambassador for Young People's Literature: acclaimed author Mac Barnett! These events are by-registration through Island Readers & Writers and will take place at 4:00pm and 6:00pm.
