Today’s dinner: crispy baked chicken over a fresh basil herb sauce with a side salad, lemon garlic peas, and corn. And the best part? So many of these fresh herbs came straight from the farmers market!

I used chive flowers, chives, green onion, microgreens, parsley, and basil to make the most flavorful creamy herb sauce. Supporting local produce.

A huge thank you to South Jersey Preservation for helping bring together FOUR farmers markets in the Salem County area so our community can shop local produce, meats, baked goods, flowers, and more from local farmers and makers
