Tonight's pour is a Yellowstone store pick, single barrel, at 115 proof.

Really good vanilla and caramel notes on the nose.

Palate starts off with vanilla and dark fruit, that fades pretty quickly and finishes with slight oak and baking spice.

Nice bottle for $60
