Went to a concert of our friends yesterday in Wilmington - they're super nice people on top of being insanely talented musicians - and it got me thinking of this wedding where I didn't know I was going to get the chance to work with them, but was happily surprised!

Happy anniversary to my amazing wife!⁠

She may not pick up a camera, but I couldn't do what I do without her. From being an amazing mom to my kids all week but especially when I'm gone all day on the weekends, to being the first person I show every finished film too to make sure I didn't miss the mark (and there have definitely been times she sees things that I should change), to listen to me droning on about drones...I just appreciate the support. You're the best.

Happy anniversary & !

Your film definitely has a very special place in my heart. Your story is just incredible - seriously, who meets on a cruise ship (sorry to rip off your best man's line, but it's true).

Just everything about this day just was so great, and this opening is one of my favorites I've ever done. Congratulations again!

Opening a film is one of my favorite things, though one of the most challenging for me. Setting the tone right from the first frame makes such a difference, and I think I definitely spend more time on the first thirty seconds of a film than anything else!
