We're in production mode! This fall/winter I'm producing and shooting a documentary film about the 6th Avenue E corridor that divides the Central Hillside neighborhood of Duluth, MN.

We will hear from city officials, community members and organizers, business leaders & reps from community orgs in the area. The goal is to document the momentum happening around re-envisioning a safer and healthier 6th Ave E.

LEAFF is the Local Emergency Assistance Farmer Fund. Started in 2020 when saw a need to purchase produce from BIPOC farmers whose crops may have gone to waste due to the pandemic and subsequent shutdown. LEAFF is not a grant, but a guarantee to buy a specific dollar amount of produce from each accepted farm during the farm season.

This video is a teaser of the longer piece we produced about LEAFF and its updates as the program grows into 2021 and beyond! We are so humbled to be able to support this work.
