JEZEBEL PREYS ON SONS AND DAUGHTERS

“Make no mistake, there has never been a greater need in history than for spiritual mom's and dad's to pour into sons and daughters. But BEWARE, this is also the perfect opportunity for the spirit of Jezebel to begin to operate in our midst.
Spiritual mothers and fathers who operate in the Jezebel spirit castrate and dominate their sons and daughters. The relationship is great so long as you say and do everything they say and do. The often times hidden and express goal is to become their carbon copy, not the unique son or daughter you've been called to be.
Spiritual mothers and fathers who operate in the Jezebel spirit control and manipulate, not empower and release. Sometimes they give you liberty, but it's always on their terms and on their time. They have a deep twisted need to be validated and affirmed by sons and daughters so this is why they will never empower and release. It’s way more than them “investing” in you, they are actually deriving a false sense of security and identity from trying to be your spiritual mother/father.
Spiritual mothers and fathers who operate in the Jezebel spirit always hinder their sons and daughters from being influenced by other spiritual mothers and fathers. They constantly warn you about other leaders and get upset when you begin to be spiritually impacted by them. Watch for how territorial and uncomfortable they become when you mention attending another conference, listening to another speaker etc.
In short terms, spiritual mothers and fathers who operate in the Jezebel spirit are after creating a cult of followers to serve them. All the sons and daughters preach the same message (talk the same lingo), they typically dress the same way, and do not allow any for any diversity or different perspectives. When you find a spiritual mother or father who will never allow you to respectfully disagree or becomes upset when you say and do things differently than they do, RUN! You are about to get choked out by the Jezebel spirit.
If you or someone you know has been spiritually mothered or fathered by someone who has operated in the Jezebel spirit, you must know that there is freedom. Your allegiance to man/woman has nothing to do with your allegiance to God. As you find healing, do not allow your heart to turn bitter and filled with resentment toward everyone in authority. There are spiritual mom's and dads out there that do not operate in the Jezebel spirit and empower healthy sons and daughters. They understand that the goal of all spiritual fathering is to lead you into a deep and intimate relationship with God your Father!”
