Happy new year to all my friends, family and fans! My bbq New Year’s resolution is to start catering small parties and making my rub in large batches for distribution. I’ve been wanting one of these Meater+ meat probes for the longest time! I get to break this thing in on Christmas Day with a smoked beef tenderloin! Can’t wait! Check back tomorrow for pics and a video!
