If you know how to do something and someone else is trying to learn, do you:
1. Show them how to do it
2. Tell them how to do it
3. Help them do it, or
4. Talk about it and do nothing

Anyone else just want to do it? Time has never been on our side. I’m watching companies, national and international, buy up property in neighborhoods they wouldn’t dare live in but they know what’s coming. They will pool their resources, build investment groups from a single conversation, get investors then buy and hold.

Don’t you want to buy & hold, build, invest, own, save, grow, live, create? Don’t you just want to do it? It can’t just be a slogan for overpriced sneakers.
