Big shoutout to an OPEN TRACK IN DENVER, allowing me the opportunity to chase down the most difficult workout post-college: a 10 x 1 mile workout at 5,280 feet above sea level! It was humbling to put in the work in prep for the upcoming half marathon in Jersey City, New Jersey. High-altitude training is no joke—splits in the VLOG, Lets goooooooo! Can’t wait to hear how your training is going in the comments over on YouTube.
