✨ Perfect Crepes – Thin, Buttery, and Irresistible! 🥞✨
Ingredients:
3 tbsp unsalted butter (plus more for the pan)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
⅛ tsp salt
¾ cup whole milk (room temp)
½ cup water (room temp)
2 large eggs (room temp)
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1️⃣ Blend it up – Melt butter and let it cool. Blend all ingredients until smooth. If no blender, whisk well by hand.
2️⃣ Chill – Refrigerate batter for at least 30 minutes (up to 24 hours) for best texture.
3️⃣ Heat & grease – Use an 8-inch skillet over medium heat, generously buttering between each crepe.
4️⃣ Cook & twirl – Pour 3-4 tbsp batter into the center, swirling the pan to spread it thin. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, flip, and cook the other side for 30 seconds.
