Juneteenth National Holiday Closings and Schedules

WHAT: Trash Schedule and Closings for Juneteenth National Holiday

WHEN: Friday, June 19th

DETAILS: In observance of the Juneteenth National Holiday, the City of Enid Administration
offices, Enid Animal Welfare, the Recycle Center, and Enid Public Library will be closed on Friday,
June 19th.

Additionally, the Enid Public Transportation Authority (EPTA) will not be operating on Friday, June 19.

The Landfill will be open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and the Meadowlake Golf Course will be open from 7 a.m. to 8:45 p.m.

No changes in residential trash schedule. All trash routes will remain the same for the week.

Has anyone seen the missing boy from the photos below?

R.J. was last seen about 4:15 p.m. today in the 400 block of North Eisenhower. He was wearing a white dress shirt, black slacks and brown shoes.

He is about 3 feet tall and weighs about 30 pounds.

Planned Water Outage Notice

Residents in the following areas should plan for a planned water outage on Tuesday, June 16, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. to allow contractors to complete a waterline tie-in:

• 54th Street from East Chestnut Ave to East Garriott Rd
• East Garriott Rd from 54th Street to Kremlin St
• Kremlin St from East Garriott Rd to Jerauld Gentry
• Jerauld Gentry from Kremlin St to 78th Street

Woodring Airport will not be affected by this outage.
