Redwoods has expanded our reach by signing up for a YELP business listing.

I cannot transfer the Facebook/META reviews I have received from my customers over the years that gave us our Five-Star rating, it's a pretty big ask to have you all drop a new review on my Yelp business page, but it would sure help if a few of you could share your Redwoods Customer service experience with others.

Many folks who used to be on this platform have deleted their accounts or do not use it any longer for many reasons. We want to reach as many families to help them preserve their recorded memories too.

What we can do for you

My mission is to save your families priceless memories you've recorded over a lifetime on VHS video, Super 8 & 8 mm film, Audio cassette or photographs by converting them to a digital format using video and audio editing software tools, state of the art professional grade JVC S-VHS Recorders combined with my knowledge and experience.

The business of receiving a family’s only set of recorded history is a huge responsibility and I take it very seriously. I care a great deal about each customers memories and treat them as if they were my own. I provide excellent customer service and that requires communication, discretion, respect for the materials and the people I deal with. I must earn your trust and confidence from the very first phone contact or messaging opportunity. And unlike many of the other companies that offer to convert your memories and simply digitize them and send them back to you, I add a personal touch to my services that give you the peace of mind to know that I have your best interests in mind.

I offer a wide variety of editing and restoration services you will see listed under “The Services” section on my page. The services I provide range from the conversion of Film, Video, Photos, slides, negatives, and audio cassettes. I use the latest version of editing software available from the manufacturers. I use a Windows 10 64 bit based OS platform installed on very capable computers systems. All of my computer systems have built-in back up and are set up for redundancy in case of hardware failure.

My process includes the use of ESD materials which stands for Electrostatic Discharge these precautionary measures prevent damage to your recordings that can occur from simply walking across the carpeting. Static discharge is the shock you experience when you touch someone or something when you are not properly grounded. This shock is very damaging to your recordings.
