Sheridan Elementary is proud to announce 2nd-grade student Kaiden Wasley as our Student of the Week. He is a hardworking student who consistently puts forth his best effort in everything he does. Kaiden is kind to all of his classmates and willing to help them out in any way he can. He has a great sense of humor and a contagious smile that he shares with everyone. His favorite subjects in school are reading, math, and gym. Kaiden has many hobbies outside of school. He enjoys playing with his baby brother, playing video games, playing baseball for Sheridan in the summer, spending time with his friends, and fishing. Great job, Kaiden, of embodying Sheridan Elementary’s Universals of Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Safe, Be Successful, and BE A PANTHER!

Student of the Week:
Gage Kantorowicz
Gage has shown himself to be a strong leader and a dependable member of our school community. As a senior, he continues to set the bar high for those around him, always willing to step up and take on responsibility, regardless of the task. He takes pride in doing things right the first time and sets a good example through his hard work and determination. Even when faced with challenges, Gage puts his best foot forward and never gives up. His positive attitude and willingness to help others make him a role model for younger students. We are proud of the effort he gives each day and the lasting example he is leaving behind in his final year at Harrison.

Athlete of the Week:
Braxton Ransom
Braxton is a freshman who has stepped into the challenge of long-distance running for the very first time this season. Even though it’s new territory for him, he has shown tremendous growth in just a few short weeks. Braxton’s determination shines through—he has never once given up, even in the moments when he really wanted to. His strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ever-present smile make him not only a dedicated athlete but also a great teammate. We are excited to see how he continues to improve and inspire others throughout the season.
