PSA: To stop the rumor mill
The FurKids Club has closed. Owners are relocating out of state. The business was NOT purchased.

We have ZERO association with grand pawlace. We ONLY associate with certified and nationally accredited daycare or boarding facilities.

The ONLY daycare/boarding we can in good conscious recommend - is Wags and Whiskers of the Wiregrass in Dothan. They are also a certified dog daycare just like we are. They provide training - they have outdoor yards and a nice clean facility. They use the same GINGR program. They separate their dogs into appropriate play groups and follow all national standard safety protocol by PACCC, including removal of fixed dog collars. Contact Joleene tell her Michelle sent you.

If anybody is telling you otherwise, regarding the closure or sale of our business, it is wrong. Please feel free to reach out to me so that I may address this.

And a sincere thank you to the most amazing FurKids parents ever! Y’all made such an impact in my life and I’m forever grateful 🥰

This is Danielle. Most of the FurKids parents never got a chance to know her - she provided loving and attentive overnight care for the FurKids. She is wonderful. I never had to worry about anything. She really knows her animal first aid and each dogs normal behaviors and vitals. She was great at keeping a close watch on any dogs who were on medications or seemed like they weren’t hydrating or anything that seemed out of the ordinary - she’d address the situation and contact me - even if she had it fully under control - just to keep me informed. I genuinely appreciate her dedication. She would come in on a moments notice and completed her tasks efficiently and never had a complaint about anything. As an employer I was very fortunate to have her as part of our team for 5 years!
Please join me in thanking her for amazing dedication and providing excellent care to the FurKids members.

Last pics for the day!
I realized today I have accumulated 42,347 photos of FurKids club members! 🥰 keep watch for upcoming reels and posts of great memories.

What an emotional day! Smiles and laughs with parents reminiscing about FurKids antics and tears for saying goodbye after 6 1/2 years! A lot of hard work went into creating a safe and loving place for dogs. A special thank you to the amazing employees over the years - and especially to Paul Moorehead, the most wonderful employee, dog whisperer and friend I could have had! Together we ran TFKC! I will be eternally grateful for his help and dedication❣️

As we draw to a close I also want to thank all the fantastic parents for your support, your patronage and the trust you placed in me and my staff for the care of your precious furry family members. It has been an honor to have been a home away from home for over 6 years! Words just cannot express my deep gratitude. Thank you to God above for the opportunity to be a part of the community and have so many amazing people cross my path! 🥰

I will be keeping the FB page up for a few months. I will keep the Gingr program up for two months - please download report cards and pics that you want to keep!
