All items in my shop are handmade, custom printed or an instant download. There are no refunds on digital purchases for any reason. If there is an error in your file, you must provide evidence of the error and your file will be replaced with a working file. Returns on physical products will be accepted only in the case of the seller making a shipping mistake or if there was damage to the product b

y the seller. Shipping mistakes not made by the seller must be handled by the post office or delivery service. Photographic evidence of damage or shipping error must be provided before the return/refund process will be started. Any custom order that may take place will be discussed in great detail before the completed item is shipped. You will get photos of progress during the creation of your item and timeline updates on when you can expect your finished product. Custom made paintings may take up to 4 weeks to complete. Custom orders CANNOT be returned or refunded. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE!!!
