Joann Wittler loves sunshine but lives in the least sunny part of Washington State. A native of Seattle, Joann grew up in Tacoma and Puyallup, where she met her husband, Steve. They have a blended family, which has taught them the power of unconditional love, especially when raising teenagers. This patience served its purpose when they started Mother 2 Many, a nonprofit outreach for homeless teens, in January 2013. She and her husband travel to local skateparks in their sunshine-yellow, food-laden truck and trailer, to share a ray of hope with the youth. Visit www.mother2many.org for more information.

What is your favorite scripture / lifetime verse (and why)?
John 15:15 NIV I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.

I love this verse because it shows that Jesus wants to have a relationship with each of us. He is our friend, that is so cool. When He gave me this verse, I was praying and ended it with my friend, He told me “You finally got it”. Yes, I got it, and my life has never been the same. Not about religion, it’s all about relationships.

Jeanie Stewart loves the Lord Jesus Christ and serves him in whatever capacity He deems fit. With a fifty-year career in education, she is passionate about the younger generation and has invested in them both as a teacher and as an administrator. She is also a gifted speaker and enjoys taking the podium at education and women’s conferences. Jeanie earned a degree in language arts from the University of Rio Grande in Ohio and an M.Ed. in educational administration from Bob Jones University, where she also taught. She resides in Ohio and finds joy in writing, gardening, reading, traveling with friends, art, and music.

From a young age J.C. Lafler always wanted to write, but she ended up in a government career that lasted almost thirty-two years. Now she spends her days writing about faith in God and enjoys puzzles, painting and traveling. She and her husband, David, have six children and ten grandchildren. They live in Portage, Michigan and winter in Missouri City, Texas.

Her novels include Lost and Found, Amazing Grace, Hope Everlasting, Leap of Faith, Finding Joy, Love Never Fails, and Love—What’s God Got to Do With It? J.C.’s eighth novel is currently going through editing with Redemption Press.

She has a master of science and has worked in the medical field for three decades. With a minor in biblical studies, she has written and taught women’s Bible studies for twenty years. Hollylu lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, Michael, who is her rock. They have two grown-ish children, Annalee and Teddy, who live in different zip codes but are still on the Netflix account. Hollylu is solidly behind her crew—mostly because she loves them, but also for coffee and tech support.

She loves to read, hike with her dog, Bella, and do crosswords and other puzzles. Margaret and her husband, Marty, live on eight acres outside of Portland, Oregon, where they love to host friends and family. While she enjoys the ocean, her pinnacle of happiness is spending time with her amazing children and wild and crazy grandkids.
