I've known Jesse and his family for a long time (even done charity work with him in Guatemala), and I've never heard him say anything mean about anyone. They are a super kind family.

So when he called someone a "jerk" I was very surprised.

So I swung by with my camera to hear his entire story.
It was worse than I had expected.
My heart goes out to him and his family.

Does anyone know of any other adjuster at Liberty Mutual Insurance (who isn't Brian)? Please contact the Narog family.
