Hazardous, slick roads and reduced visibility below 1/4 mile. Whiteout conditions likely. Strong winds may cause power outages. Travel—especially Thanksgiving travel—could become dangerous or impossible. Snow bands strengthen Thursday, with the heaviest snow Thursday morning, afternoon, and overnight. Snowfall rates may reach 1–2 inches per hour.
