In collaboration with Metro Hartford Alliance, Latinas & Power Corp. is presenting a virtual summit that highlights a recently published and compelling report called the Status of Latinas in Corporate America. Despite decades of corporate and government strategic initiatives, Latinas remain significantly underrepresented in management and leadership roles across all sectors.

Based on the 2024 McKinsey & Company report from LeanIn.org, we will present powerful highlights that explore the barriers that continue to hold Latina professionals back-particularly at critical career moments and share actionable strategies for progress.

Closing the Latina Leadership Gap will require collective commitment, structural change, and intentional support. Together, we can create pathways for Latinas to rise, thrive, and lead at every level.
