We are always brewing, and always producing spent grain! Spent grain has many applications in everyday uses such as composting, gardening, feed supplementation, and more. If you are interested in any of the spent grain from our brewing process, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at the email provided below—we would be happy to add you to our contact list!

For those who are wondering, our usual method of spent grain disposal is via the amazing folks at Rust Belt Riders who use it for large scale composting applications. You may want to take a look at the services they offer, yourselves; they’re an excellent, environmentally conscious option for disposal of food waste whether on an individual or commercial scale!

The “Big Clean” is our annual day to pick up trash as a community – and compete with our neighbors in Collinwood – to see which community can pick up more trash. The free event grows in popularity every year and all ages and abilities are encouraged to join in.
