Did someone say SOURDOUGH??? 🥖
Just 28 days ago, we kicked off a wild, natural fermentation from flour and water.
Today…we’ve got a beautifully golden, crackling sourdough loaf to show for it ✨👩🍳
The “mother starter” is our original batch that we will feed and care for. This is what we use little bits of to bake all the sourdough goodness.💪🏼
Now it’s time we give our starter a name!
We get a kick out of “Angelina Dough-lina” 🤣
