🎃 The verdict after one of our Macaroni KID families took four kids costume shopping at Spirit Halloween?

Make the trip part of the Halloween fun.

Their crew included a 6-year-old obsessing over Fortnite accessories, a 9-year-old finding her witch costume, two teenagers piecing together totally different looks with their friends, and all six of them stopping approximately every 30 seconds to look at something else. 😂

They found plenty for every age, from tiny toddler costumes all the way up through adult looks. And between the costumes, accessories, décor and animatronics, there was plenty to explore even after everyone had decided what they wanted to be.

If you want to turn costume shopping into an actual spooky-season outing instead of just another errand, this is a fun one. 👻

Festivals Acadiens et Créole is happening this weekend in Girard Park and has a little bit of everything for everyone! 👇

Admission to the festival is free, however parking near the event is $25 (card only) so be sure to review the map of designated parking areas to avoid any inconvenience!

🎮 When a 6-year-old walks into Spirit Halloween already knowing he wants to be something from Fortnite, you have a mission.

When he finds Fishstick? Mission accomplished.

When he ALSO discovers the most ridiculous cartoon-looking Fortnite daggers to complete the costume? Game over.

One of our Macaroni KID parents said he talked about those things for basically their entire shopping trip. She’s not normally big on toy weapons, but these were so silly and perfectly in character that she finally got to say the words he’d been waiting for:
“Yes, you can get them.”
The JOY. 😂

And that’s part of what makes the accessories so much fun at Spirit Halloween. Finding the costume is one thing, but finding that little extra that makes a kid absolutely light up? That’s the good stuff.
