If you have accumulated a few extra boxes of juice from the school meal boxes here’s an idea to use them! Make homemade jelly using 3 simple ingredients!
4 Cups of Juice
1 box of Sure-Jell Pectin
4 cups of sugar

Adding a little butter while cooking, although optional, helps with minimizing foam. Full recipes can be found in the comments
