EC 103.1 - WXEC Eureka College EC 103.1 is WXEC FM. Licensed to Eureka, Illinois, EC 103.1 serves Woodford and portions of Tazewell County.

EC 103.1 is part of the Communication and Media Studies program at Eureka College and serves as a a training ground for students interested in pursuing media careers. EC 103.1 programs a mainstream alternative rock format and also features specialty programs, Eureka College and area community news, and Eureka College athletic events.
