As animal lovers, we spend so much time making sure everyone else is cared for. We refill the water buckets, feed the animals, check on their health, and make sure they're comfortable.

This week, don't forget to do the same for yourself.

Drink the water.
Take the break.
Eat the meal.
Get the rest.
Give yourself the same kindness you'd give to your favorite animal.

You can't pour from an empty bucket, and taking care of yourself isn't selfish it's necessary.
