Heads up to all my Top Dragster & Top Sportsman racers and friends! This one's for you guys! We are super happy to have been able to work with Rob Stratton and Rich Elliot of Equal-i-zer Hitch to bring something additional to these classes and to use it as a platform to increase towing and safety awareness!

A couple of things to clarify, points will be earned at BOTH of the Columbus events, just an extra incentive to come and participate! We will have decals for your car available at both my trailer and the D3 trailer starting this weekend at Norwalk. Each category low qualifier in addition to the low qualifier bonus will also receive a big check and get their picture taken! NHRA North Central Division 3 will also be presented with their brand new Equal-i-zer Hitch for their support trailer which will also double as a display after it's been set up. When you have questions, I'll be able to walk you over and show you exactly how it works and why it's the best option for you. Can't wait to see everyone in Norwalk, it's been a long winter!

The North Central Division Oakley Motorsports Top Dragster and Top Sportsman classes have delivered some of the quickest and fastest fields in the country. The North Central Division is proud to announce a multiyear agreement with American RV of Evansville, IN to bring you the Equal-i-zer Sway Control Hitches Top Dragster and Top Sportsman Shootout and Low Qualifier Program.

This program will award $200 to the low qualifier in Oakley Top Dragster and Oakley Top Sportsman at the Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series Events at Summit Motorsports Park, National Trail Raceway, Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, Beech Bend Raceway Park, and World Wide Technology Raceway.

Competitors will earn points from their final qualifying positions for shootout to be held during the Doubleheader at World Wide Technology Raceway in October. We will have separate shootouts for both classes at this event for the top 8 points earners of the Equal-i-zer Sway Control Hitches Top Dragster and Top Sportsman Shootout. Winner of each class is $1,000 and the Runner up is $500. Semi-Finalist will receive $250.

Points will be awarded based of final qualifying in both Top Dragster and Top Sportsman with the #1 qualifier earning 32 points. The number 32 qualifier will earn 1 point. All other qualified positions will earn points such as #2 receives 31 points and #31 qualifier will receive 2 points.

By now the news of Don's pending departure has reached most of your ears and eyes. It’s been a fantastic, fun filled, and very productive 10 years. Our family has accepted him as one of our own and we will dearly miss him. We wish him nothing but the best in his life! Opportunities come and go, careers change. Friendship endures always.

It will be business as usual at our racing and RV organizations. Any needs that you could text Don for, please know you will receive the same level of exemplary service from me as you have from him in the past. I am a mere text, email or phone call away and glad to be of service! We will continue to campaign the Meyer Distributing, Equal-i-zer Hitch Top Dragster with the same high level of dedication to our sponsors and marketing partners Don instilled within us and look forward to many more on and off track successes!
