Employee appreciation post!

Today we’d like to recognize one of our lead carpenters, Rusty Justice! Rusty has been with Happe & Sons since 2020. As one of our lead carpenters, Rusty has been leading the crew at the Lofts job and is doing a great job keeping things moving & taking job site photos for me😉! But his work in the field is only part of what makes him such a great guy to have around! For all the jokes and stories Rusty brings to the job site, he’s also one of the first people to check in when something is going on. He remembers, he asks, and he genuinely wants to know that you’re alright.

Thanks for all you do Rusty, we appreciate you!!

Today we’re giving a well-deserved shoutout to Bob Englert, who has been part of our team at Happe & Sons Construction since 1988! No that is not a typo! We’ve changed a few things around here since then. Bob not included! All jokes aside, Bob is one of those people you’re glad to have on your team. He’s dependable, hardworking, knowledgeable, and always willing to help out. Nearly 40 years of experience is impressive, but it’s the kind of person Bob is that makes us especially grateful to have him here.

Thanks for all you do Bob, we appreciate you!!

Employee appreciation post!

Today we’d like to recognize two of our summer employees, Luke Martin & Caden Willis! Luke and Caden spent their summer working alongside our crew, and we’re thankful for all of the hard work they put in over the past few months. Throughout the summer, they gained valuable hands-on experience and became dependable members of our team. We kept them busy enough that heading back to school probably sounds relaxing.😉 If nothing else, they have a much greater appreciation for air conditioning!!!

Thank you Luke & Caden for everything you did this summer! We appreciate all of your work and wish you both the best of luck as you head back to college!
