We chat with Ryan Sathre, General Manager of Lola’s Lakehouse, who emphasizes that what sets this dockside retreat apart goes far beyond the stunning view. “Our goal is to provide a total experience that melds unbelievable food and drinks with excellent service, and of course, sitting lakeside with the sun on your shoulders doesn’t hurt.”
Ryan’s gives the dish on his favorite dishes: Pan Seared Sea Scallops and the Tagliatelle Frutti di Mare (gulf shrimp, scallops, mussels, fresh fish, local tomato, and prosecco, yes, please). “You just can’t beat fresh seafood lakeside!” Most locals have their favorites, but you’ll be hard-pressed to find something from this seafood-inspired menu with traditional American fare that you don’t fall in love with.
