7pm Showing: Oshin (2013)
Set in the Meiji era, Oshin tells the powerful story of a young girl sent to work for a wealthy family to help support her own. Despite hardship, Oshin endures with quiet strength and resilience. Inspired by a beloved Japanese drama and the real-life story behind the Yaohan supermarket empire, this moving film explores themes of survival, perseverance, and hope.
