Good evening everyone,
Just a reminder that bills come out on the morning of the 15th every month and are due on the 1st. If you are not paid by the following 8th a $10 late is added. If you are not paid by the 15th, when your next invoice comes out, service is suspended until invoices are paid and an additional $25 reconnect fee is added. In between, Brittany makes numerous attempts from re-emailing invoices, calling and texting. If you’d like to setup autopay please reach out to her at 9036441336. Going forward no late fees or reconnect fees will be removed since numerous attempts to contact customers, worh no response, has been made.
