My good friends, Ted , shawn mico , josh, Jess, and Sage all part of the phenomenal local rock band The Sages Band are going to be performing June 14 for a charity event for WVU Children’s Hospital.

THERE’S GONNA BE FOOD ADULT BEVERAGES A LOT OF RAFFLES, GREAT STUFF RAISING MONEY FOR A GREAT CHARITY!!

I’m gonna put some information here and drop it and if you guys have something you’re looking for to do on June 14 this is where you should be definitely can’t miss this band. They are super up-and-coming and have open for some major rock bands across the country, including Everclear most recently.

Event Schedule: River Road VFD and WVU Medicine Children's Hospital Hope Bash
Date: Saturday, June 14, 2025
Venue: Morgantown Marriott at Waterfront Place

• 2:30 PM:
Event Kickoff & Welcome Speech
o Emcee welcomes attendees, introduces the event, and acknowledges sponsors and partners.
o Overview of the agenda and purpose of the Hope Bash.
o Buffett and Bar Opens
• 3:00 PM:
First Performance by The Sages
o A 45-minute set filled with their signature songs and captivating energy.
• 3:45 PM:
Break (30 minutes)
o Refreshments and Food available
o Attendees can network, explore informational booths, and enjoy interactive activities.
o Raffle Tickets on Sale: Volunteers circulate to sell tickets for the raffle items and answer any questions about prizes.
• 4:15 PM:
Event Remarks
o Gratitude expressed to performers, volunteers, sponsors, and attendees
o Recap of funds raised and encouragement of future support
• 4:30 PM:
Second Performance by The Sages
o Another 45-minute set showcasing their engaging melodies and crowd favorites.

Charity Auction & Raffle Drawings
o Additional raffle winners announced, with prizes distributed.
o Elimination Dinner: Drawing of the Winner

What a night!!!!! My amazing friend Dr. Ted and his great friends got to open for Everclear!

The Sages are an amazing local band that plays original songs that should be on the radio and also some covers. Energy, kindness, and talent ooze from every member! It was such a privilege to be there with Ted, Jess, Sage, Josh, and the talented Shawn, and their families!

The VIP room and the great staff and drinks made it a dream night! The kicker was my best friend Gooch and his brother Jay BigLuck Til from MD came to surprise me. What an honor to meet my BFF's brother!!

This is a local rising band from Morgantown, WV. After seeing 6 shows I can say they are tight! They have original music that should be on the radio! The members are the kindest and just coolest people you ever want to know. If you get the chance…Don’t miss this Band!!!
