From Past to Present

Since its inception in 2006, Str8-Up Magazine has been a leader in promoting the arts in the local community and has established itself as a place to check for all manner of local events, large or small.

Starting with its January 2019 edition, Str8-Up Magazine will be known as Gesso Magazine and will continue the very thing that it set out to accomplish: bringing art, music, and culture to the people of the local communities and providing an ideal platform for artists, poets, writers, and musicians and other creative persons to share and promote their work.

With this transition, Straight Up Magazine Facebook is now Gesso Magazine Facebook. All previous Str8Up content is preserved here. All current and future content will be found here at www.facebook.com/gessomagazine/
