Mud Tried. I Rose.

I sink into mud— tight, heavy.
STUCK.
Mind spins like storm wind.
Hands shake. Breath tight.
NO. TRY AGAIN.
Hands push earth.
Body rises slow.
Light grows— small then bigger.
I stand. Mud falls like old stories.
Spirit steady. Eyes bright.
I win. Right path.
Creator opens tiny doors— one…then another…then more. Starting over is sacred.
I choose love.

One Breath at a Time

Today is yours—fresh, open, unwritten.
Take one breath, then another, slow and steady like a drumbeat.
Go for a walk, let the sky speak to you.
Smudge your spirit clean, invite the good energy to settle in your bones.
Failure is not the end—
it’s a doorway you step through to meet yourself again.
Tell your heart: I can do this.
Tell your spirit: I am still becoming.
And remember—
Held in love by your people.
Called home by ancestors who wait for you.
Your light rises—earth, sky, you together.
