Would you like to be the King or Queen during the 40th Anniversary of the Fallon Cantaloupe Festival? We are excited to announce the 2025 pageant which gives students an opportunity to earn scholarship money through a fun and festive experience.

The goal of this pageant is to foster community involvement as well as encourage continuing education. This is open to high school students, college students and trade school students.

****Expectations of King & Queen: Attend and be in the Fallon 4th of July Parade, Make TV/News appearance the week of the festival, Must attend festival all three days (exact hours will be worked out with pageant coordinator after crowning and will be within reason), Give awards out for cutest cowboy and cowgirl contest, Choose car show winners

‼️ENTRIES WANTED‼️This year marks the 40th Anniversary of the Fallon Cantaloupe Festival & Country Fair and we have a contest for you! We are looking for two different t-shirt designs to commemorate this year's 40th Anniversary: an exclusive volunteer shirt and an event shirt. Submissions can be digital, drawn, or painted, but must include the following somewhere in the design:
✔️ Fallon Cantaloupe Festival
✔️ 2025
✔️ 40th Anniversary or 40th Year or 40 years
✔️ Est. 1985

Entries must be received no later than May 16th. Please include your name, a parent name (if underage), and a contact number on the back of the submission or on a sticky note attached. The winners will receive a family 4-pack of passes and 4 shirts.

Entries can be dropped off at the following locations:

📍 Financial Horizons Credit Union (2711 Reno Hwy.)
