Statement from the Professional Friends of J. Bryant McGill:

The professional friends of J. Bryant McGill has received credible information from within the Ministry of Youth and Sports indicating that Mr. McGill was deliberately set up through internal manipulation, using the minor’s father to instigate slander and public stigmatization against him.

We call on the Ministry of Gender, civil society actors, and women’s rights organizations to go beyond statements, protests and encourage the minor’s parents to present her for DNA sampling, which remains the final procedural step required for the police to conclude their investigation.

It has been almost two months since Mr. McGill voluntarily reported for the DNA examination. Despite this, the family
allegedly influenced by external forces who feel threatened by Mr. McGill’s competence, brilliance, and transformative leadership
has consistently refused to comply. This refusal is the primary cause of the delay.

We believe these actions are calculated to unjustly pause Mr. McGill’s life, damage his reputation, and silence him professionally.

We have gathered substantial information explaining how and why this situation was orchestrated.

The full account will be made public, and it will shock many to see how easily falsehoods and malice can be weaponized against an innocent professional.
