Cass County Electric Cooperative (CCEC) is located in the heart of the Red River Valley and Cass County. CCEC doesn’t have shareholders or customers: We have members, and we’re not only committed to providing them with reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy, but we’re also passionate about enhancing the quality of life for our more than 55,000 members. As a local business staffed by your fri

ends and neighbors, CCEC is finding new ways to make a difference – beyond delivering electricity. Although we’re local and independent, we’re also part of something bigger: local cooperatives work together to develop new technologies and infrastructure across the country. We’re a driving force in helping attract and grow business and industry to our area, and we are active in our EDCs, various Chamber of Commerce and have a business accounts program to help our small and large business members succeed. We’re always looking for new ways to help our members save energy, save money, and take advantage of the more efficient technology that’s changed the way we live. We’re also a great place to work. We’re uniquely positioned to be a force for good in our community. We invest in our employees through ongoing education and training, so we can better serve our members in the places they live, work, and learn. That’s just one of the seven cooperative principles CCEC and all cooperatives follow. To learn about us, visit CassCountyElectric.com.

Did you know boosting the efficiency of older exterior doors can make a positive impact on your energy bills? Here’s how to improve efficiency on a dime:

🚪Replace old weatherstripping
🚪Consider installing a storm door for additional insulation
🚪If you have a significant gap between the bottom of the door and flooring, install a door sweep

Small changes can make a big impact!

⛳️🌟 What an incredible day on the course!

CCEC was proud to support the 2025 Dare 2 Stand Out Golf Classic earlier this week at Rose Creek Golf Course. This event helps make sports more accessible by funding adaptive equipment and coaching for athletes with disabilities in the Fargo-Moorhead community.

Through our partnership with Dare 2 Stand Out, we’ve helped bring an adaptive golf cart to Fargo Park District golf courses—available at no cost for anyone with mobility challenges. 💚

Want to learn more about this partnership and how we’re helping make outdoor spaces more inclusive? Read the full story here: https://bit.ly/3ZdFBfm

A huge thank you to Dare 2 Stand Out, the Fargo Park District, and everyone who came out to make the day such a success. Together, we’re building a stronger, more inclusive community—on and off the course. 🏌️‍♂️💪
