North Dakota Today Join us weekday mornings at 9:00 a.m. on Valley News Live for North Dakota Today with Sophia Richards and Tatum Miller! every weekday from our station in Fargo.

North Dakota Today is a live lifestyle television show which airs 9-10 a.m. There are segments on everything from chefs with delicious recipes to counselors on how to help your kids. The beginning of the show focuses on the day’s news and events. The rest of the program brings an ensemble of experts to tackle relationship and family issues as well as medical and self improvement developments. The

show looks at lifestyle choices and the effects they could have on your family. Lots of pet, health, cooking, and living to be the "best you" information and advice from experts, plus a look at events happening in the area. There is also fun things like antiquing, wine tasting, gardening, crafts and of course, great food and cooking experiences. Every day is different, but current, topical and fast paced. North Dakota Today is all local and all about giving you a great experience and great information.
