Couples Court: Allan’s father passed away last year. He’s mad at his mother because she wants to go to a psychic to try to talk to him. His mother reached out to Allan's wife, Jayde, to find a psychic, and now he’s really upset at his wife agreed and found a “fake psychic” that his mother agreed to pay $500 to meet. Allan wants Jayde to cancel the whole thing, but she refuses to. Jayde thinks that she’s an adult making an adult decision with her own money, if this gives her closure, let her do it. Amber and Damian’s 17-year-old daughter is begging them to have a Halloween party on Friday night in their backyard. She promises that everyone will stay outside and will leave by midnight. Mom is for it and thinks it’ll be fine. What’s the difference if 50 kids hang out in their yard with a fire pit and some chips and soda? Dad says no way. They’re 17-year-olds, they’re going to drink, it’s Halloween night and bad stuff will happen. She can have four friends inside the house, no party. He mentions that they also won’t be home until late because they have plans already.

Daniel and Elizabeth are having a disagreement about whether or not to turn off the lights for Halloween night. Last year a child fell on their property and Daniel claims he worries everyday that "someone will sue" and he hates the amount of teenagers that ring his bell so late. They live on a heavy trick-or-treater street. Elizabeth refuses to be the "grumpy old people" that turn off their lights and hide.

Ricky works in sales and lately has been taking his clients out to dinners much more often. What his wife, Sophie, has realized is that most of these dinners are with female clients. His wife thinks it’s unnecessary and feels that it’s shady. She’s never felt jealously but the idea that once a week he’s going out to cool restaurants with a group of female PA’s and doctors is weird. He thinks she’s lost her mind. Lately the medical spas he’s been working with are female led and run, that’s it. The industry of plastics is just becoming more women run and he needs to adapt to keep up.

Sandra and David have been dating for six months, and they just moved in together. They are already off on the wrong foot because he is not used to living with someone besides his parents. He leaves his dishes everywhere, laundry on the floor, etc. She has told him to pick them up and he has gotten a little better at it, but he still needs to improve a lot. David says that he’s a mess, it’s how he’s always been, she saw his room at his home, he’s willing to help with cleaning, but this is how he is. He’s not asking her to be less messy, and it doesn’t bother him when she cleans up for him. He says she’s welcome to keep doing that. What do you think?

Darlene and Sam have never decorated their home for Halloween, but this year Sam has different plans for their yard. He’s so sick of the “Disney” baby friendly Halloween decorations that his neighbor puts up, that he wants to do the complete opposite. Really gruesome, over the top blood, trying to really scare the kids. His wife, Darlene, thinks it’s ridiculous. Because he doesn’t “approve” of toddler friendly decorations, that he needs to terrify kids. Do you think it matters if he does it and is it possible to be too over the top on gore?
