Protein Brownies
Ingredients:

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 egg

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup almond flour

2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions:

Mix all and pour into small pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Fresh Mozzarella From Just Milk + Vinegar 🤯
No rennet? No problem! This creamy mozzarella is as easy as it gets.

Ingredients:

1 liter whole milk

2 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice

Instructions:

Heat milk until just under a boil.

Remove from heat, stir in acid until curds separate.

Let sit for 5 minutes.

Drain and squeeze curds.

Microwave and stretch a few times.

Roll into a ball and chill.

The Perfect Italian Potato Side Dish
If you're making steak, roast chicken, or just need a go-to side, this is IT.

What you need:

2 lb yellow potatoes

Olive oil

Garlic, thyme, oregano

Salt & cracked pepper

Roast at 425°F, toss halfway, serve hot.

Quick Yogurt Cheesecake (No Mixer Needed!) 🍰
Just a bowl and a whisk to get this bakery-style cheesecake that’s naturally lighter.

Ingredients:

2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt

4 eggs

1/2 cup cornstarch

Instructions:

Hand-whisk eggs till fluffy.

Stir in yogurt and cornstarch.

Bake 35 minutes at 350°F. Cool and refrigerate.

Soft, irresistible, and kissed with honey butter. Serve warm and bask in compliments.
Ingredients:

3 1/2 cups flour

2 tsp yeast

1 tsp salt

1 cup warm milk

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup butter

1 egg

Honey + butter + salt to finish

Instructions:

Combine ingredients into dough.

Knead 8 mins, rest 1 hour.

Roll, shape, rise again.

Bake 375°F 18 mins.

Drizzle warm with honey butter and salt.

Ultimate Fresh Pico de Gallo 🌶️🍽️
This fresh salsa is full of flavor, quick to make, and will elevate any meal.

Ingredients:

4 tomatoes, diced

1/2 white onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 jalapeño, chopped

Handful cilantro, chopped

Juice of 2 limes

1 Tbsp olive oil

1/2 packet chicken bouillon

Salt & pepper

How To:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Stir and adjust seasoning.

Serve with your favorite dish or chips!

Sweet Citrus Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients:

1/2 cup milk

1 packet yeast

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Zest from 1 orange

1 tsp cinnamon

For Frosting:

4 oz cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp fresh orange juice

Steps:

Combine warm milk and sugar to activate yeast.

Add flour, zest, and cinnamon to form dough. Let rise.

Roll dough, add cinnamon-sugar, and shape.

Bake at 350°F for 18 minutes.

Drizzle with orange cream cheese frosting.

Triple Coconut Cream Pie with a Rich Coconut Flavor 🥥🍴
Ingredients:

1 pie crust, pre-baked

1 1/2 cups coconut milk

1/2 cup coconut cream

1/4 cup shredded coconut (sweetened)

1/4 cup sugar

2 tablespoons cornstarch

3 large egg yolks

1 tsp vanilla extract

Toasted coconut for garnish

Whipped cream for topping

Instructions:

In a medium saucepan, combine coconut milk, coconut cream, sugar, and cornstarch.

Heat while whisking until the mixture starts to thicken.

Slowly add the egg yolks, stirring to combine.

Once thickened, stir in vanilla extract and shredded coconut.

Pour into a pre-baked pie crust and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Top with whipped cream and toasted coconut before serving.

No-Bake Passover Date Crunch Bark 🌴🍫
Ingredients:
• 9 soft Medjool dates
• 1 matzah square
• 1/3 cup peanut butter
• 1/3 cup melted semi-sweet chocolate
• Flaky salt
• Optional: chopped pecans, raisins, dried fruit

Instructions:

Slice dates and remove pits. Spread them open.

Arrange dates in rows on parchment paper.

Roll gently to flatten the dates.

Press a matzah square on top of the dates.

Flip it over and spread peanut butter on top.

Drizzle melted chocolate over the peanut butter.

Add toppings and freeze until set.
