If you want to run into someone you know or maybe a listener you’ve never met before just go to Walmart😁.
I had to stop by there for a few items after I worked the remote at the Fishin Pig Saturday and I had this nice lady say to me I like your shirt I said thank you I had to work today and she said can I ask you something I said sure and she asked are you Peggy Love and I said yes and we stood there talking for a few minutes and she was telling me that she has been listening to my show for a very long time and that she always wanted to meet me well she did at Walmart and she went on telling me what a blessing I was with all the encouraging words I give on my morning show. She was a blessing telling me this because what she didn’t know is that I question myself sometimes if I’m really doing a good show every morning . I pray every morning that God will give me the right words to say and he gave me my answer through this lady that I am doing a good job .

A legend has left us.
Dolly Parton, beloved singer‑songwriter, actress, and one of the most influential figures in country music history, has passed away at the age of 80.

Her nephew, Brian Seaver, shared the news on Aug. 25, speaking on behalf of the Parton and Owens family. He described her final wishes, her faith, and the joy she carried throughout her life — reminding us that Dolly “lived in the light” and is now at peace.

From Jolene to 9 to 5 to I Will Always Love You, Dolly opened doors for generations of artists and inspired millions around the world. She was a storyteller, a trailblazer, and a source of comfort and happiness for so many.

Today, we remember her music, her kindness, and the way she made all of us feel like family.

Rest in peace, Dolly Parton.
She will always love you.
