CMU Inscape

CMU Inscape Inscape is Central Methodist University's magazine of the arts. Inscape is funded by CMU's Student Government Association.

Inscape, CMU's Magazine of the Arts, collects yearly submissions of poetry, prose (fiction and nonfiction), photographs, and artwork for each issue, published annually in the spring. In its 30+ years, Inscape has provided a creative venue for the poetry, prose, and artwork of students, faculty, and staff. Founded in 1975, Inscape is the brainchild of CMU's Tau Tau Tau honorary fraternity, Mu Lambd

a chapter of Sigma Tau Delta (the international English Honor Society), and the mythic Scribblers and Scrawlers.

While we enjoy our day off, let us reflect on the incredible legacy of Dr. King and the love he preached. Despite his infamous "I Have a Dream" speech taking place over fifty years ago, we still fight for that dream, to this day. We must honor his legacy, by continuing that fight, and spreading love and freedom to all those in need. We here at Inscape are thankful for the impact that Dr. King and his followers made on our society, and wish to spread his message far and wide. Enjoy your day, and stay grateful for the work of Dr. King.
