Quick Chili Recipe

Have dinner on the table fast with this Quick Easy Chili

Ingredients
Brown
1 lb ground chicken
1 lb ground beef
with All purpose seasoning
Add diced
Sweet onion, 4 celery stalks, sm bell pepper
Sauté a few mins
Drain then add 1 can
Red beans, dark kidney beans and light kidney beans
Add 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
Add 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
Stir then cover to simmer for 30 mins

Serve hot with crackers or corn muffins

Enjoy!

Our ancestors couldn’t make Jollof so they made this instead. Authentic Charleston Red Rice

Ingredients:

Uncle Ben’s rice 2c variation 3c (or other parboiled brand)
Tomato sauce 8oz
Smoked Sausage 2-3 (Roger Wood brand or 1 Hillshire Farm brand)
Bacon 4 slices cut up
1 large or 2 small Sweet Onions diced
1/2 Bell Pepper diced (optional)
1 tbsp Accent
2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Pepper
1 tbsp Garlic powder
3 tbsp Ketchup
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Hot sauce (optional)
1 tbs Chicken bouillon
Water 3/4c variation 1c water/broth

Follow directions in video then bake on 350 for 45 mins- 1 hour. Fluff with fork and enjoy!
