"Lonoke County Prosecutor Chuck Graham told The Leader on Tuesday, he was unaware of any information being released in the case. His office is awaiting a court date for a potential evidence hearing, and if the circuit court may issue a second gag order
specific to factual findings supported by the records."

From brothel to badge.
From father to felon.

The public has a right to know who’s wearing a badge.

According to documents obtained through the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, former North Little Rock Police Officer Bryan Duke was the subject of a serious internal affairs investigation in 1999. The findings were staggering:

▪️ Frequent encounters with known pr******tes and organized prostitution agencies
▪️ Admitted to receiving “discounts” because he visited them so often
▪️ Dishonesty and untruthfulness throughout the investigation
▪️ Alleged violations of Arkansas criminal codes:
– 5-70-103: Patronizing a pr******te
– 5-54-105: Hindering apprehension or prosecution

Rather than face discipline, Duke resigned. He was decertified by the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training (CLEST). That should’ve been the end of his career.

But in 2024, he was hired by Lonoke County Sheriff John Staley. CLEST reinstated his certification. He graduated from the state law enforcement academy. And now, Duke patrols the people of Lonoke County as a fully sworn deputy — just two years after completing a residential addiction recovery program in Conway.

This isn’t hearsay. It’s not rumor. It’s all documented through fulfilled FOIA requests. The facts aren’t in question. Only the judgment of those who made it happen.

And while this man — who admitted to having so much s*x with pr******tes that they gave him discounts — was handed back a badge…

…the same agency is trying to send a father, Aaron Spencer, to prison for protecting his daughter from the man who already r***d her.

Read that again.

The badge goes to the man with a punch card at the brothel.

The jail cell is for the father who defended his little girl.

Same agency. Two choices.
