Sensual Connection � A Journey of Touch, Presence, and Play facilitated by Amber Lee

This Valentine’s Day, celebrate connection, intimacy, and love in all its beautiful forms. Whether you’re coming as a couple, with friends, or as an individual seeking a deeper relationship with yourself, this workshop offers a sacred and inclusive space to explore the art of sensual touch, presence, and connection.
We’ll begin with the heart-opening medicine of ceremonial cacao, grounding into the moment and opening the heart to a deeper sense of connection and curiosity. From there, we’ll move into guided practices that honor the art of massage and conscious touch. You’ll learn techniques to build trust, deepen intimacy, and create a sense of safety and care for yourself and others.
Consent will be at the heart of every practice. We honor each person exactly where they are in their journey with touch and connection. You’ll be invited to practice honoring your “no” as well as exploring your “yes” with openness and curiosity, allowing you to expand your edges in a supportive, judgment-free space. Whether you’re completely new to this kind of experience or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

What to Expect:

� Playful, sensory exercises to ignite curiosity and awaken connection.

A graduate of Blue Cliff College, Julie is passionate about helping clients achieve relief from the tension and stress of daily life through a combination of myofascial release, shiatsu, lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, and relaxation massage.
