📣 NOTICE OF STREET CLOSURES & EVENT INFORMATION
Annual Zombies, Scarecrows & Monsters Event – October 17–19, 2025 📣

The City of Linden invites the community to join us for the annual Zombies, Scarecrows & Monsters Event happening this weekend! Please see the details below regarding event activities, the walk route, and related street closures.

🧟‍♀️ Walk Route – Friday, October 17, 2025

Participants will begin on North Main Street, proceed south, turn west on Broad Street, continue north on Walmar Street, and end at Eagle’s Wooden Park.

Participants will be escorted by the Linden Police Department. Traffic will be temporarily stopped along the route to ensure safe passage for walkers.

🚧 Street & Facility Closures 🚧

Main Street (Broad to Tickner Streets): Closed beginning at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Friday, October 17

Broad Street (Main to Walmar Streets): Closed for the duration of the parade

Walmar Street: Closed 4:00–11:00 p.m., October 17–18

Boardwalk & Pavilion: Closed October 15–19 for event setup and teardown

We encourage all residents and visitors to plan ahead for these temporary closures and detours.
